Client Specialist

The Client Specialist is the face of client promotions in the retail environment. They are responsible for driving client sales and presenting a positive brand image to our customers. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, so you must have exceptional communication skills. In this stage, you will gain the knowledge and experience needed to understand how the business works and gain the knowledge and expertise that will eventually enable you to create your own marketing campaign.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager works closely with the Director to learn the backend workings of the business. In the Assistant Manager role, you will learn how to manage payroll and correctly maintain the budget. Since all of our client partners are world-renowned Fortune 100 companies, they expect us to continually grow their already prominent reach. It is the Assistant Manager's primary responsibility to learn how to effectively work with the clients and develop the skillset necessary for them to manage their own office.

Account Manager

The Account Manager is the driving force behind our operations. Building on the responsibilities they gained in the Client Specialist role, the Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of five or more Client Representatives and educating them on how to be successful. They also become responsible for conducting 2nd round interviews, so each individual should be comfortable explaining how our company facilitates the clients' growth at this stage in the business cycle.

The Director's primary role involves strategizing how to effectively raise brand awareness for the client partners.  The Director is responsible for ensuring that all in-store marketing campaigns are in line with the high standards of our clients, and the internal values of our company. One of the benefits of our company is that we have a strict policy of solely promoting from within. This makes each Director the perfect role model to help guide new individuals into management positions quickly and allows us to continually deliver outstanding results every year.
